study follow-up and maternal oral and periodontal health monitoring
during pregnancy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may
be collected, how it is collected, how it is used, how it is stored,
and how participants may request deletion or withdraw from the study.

- Study / patient identification number
- Oral hygiene habits and oral health information
- Appointment and follow-up information
- Clinical or medical information provided for the research study
- Medical reports, documents, images, or other files uploaded by the participant

Withdrawal from the study will not affect your rights or medical
care.
Please note that information already collected may need to be
retained where required by applicable research, institutional,
legal, ethical, or regulatory requirements. The research team can
provide information about the applicable withdrawal and retention
process.

Account and Data Deletion Requests
If you have an account in the application, you may request
deletion of your account and associated personal information
through the deletion mechanism provided within the application
or by contacting the Principal Investigator using the contact
information below.
Certain research records may be required to be retained for
legitimate research, institutional, legal, ethical, or regulatory
purposes. Where such retention is required, the applicable
information may not be immediately deleted but will be retained
only for the required period and handled confidentially.

We do not sell participants' personal information.
Personal health and research information collected through the
application is not used for advertising, targeted marketing, or

एप्लिकेशन है, जिसका उद्देश्य गर्भावस्था के दौरान मातृ मौखिक एवं
पेरियोडोंटल स्वास्थ्य की निगरानी तथा अध्ययन के फॉलो-अप में सहायता
करना है। यह गोपनीयता नीति बताती है कि कौन-सी जानकारी एकत्र की जा
सकती है, वह कैसे एकत्र की जाती है, उसका उपयोग कैसे किया जाता है,
उसे कैसे सुरक्षित रखा जाता है तथा उपयोगकर्ता डेटा हटाने या अध्ययन
से बाहर निकलने का अनुरोध कैसे कर सकता है।

एकत्र की जाने वाली जानकारी
एप्लिकेशन के उपयोग और शोध-अध्ययन की आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार निम्न

- मौखिक स्वच्छता और मौखिक स्वास्थ्य संबंधी जानकारी
- अपॉइंटमेंट और फॉलो-अप संबंधी जानकारी
- शोध-अध्ययन के लिए प्रदान की गई क्लिनिकल या मेडिकल जानकारी
- उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा अपलोड की गई मेडिकल रिपोर्ट, दस्तावेज, फोटो या अन्य फाइलें

जानकारी कैसे एकत्र की जाती है
जानकारी निम्न परिस्थितियों में एकत्र की जा सकती है:
- एप्लिकेशन में अकाउंट बनाते या उसका उपयोग करते समय
- एप्लिकेशन के फॉर्म में जानकारी भरते समय
- शोध-अध्ययन के फॉलो-अप के दौरान जानकारी प्रदान करते समय
- अपॉइंटमेंट या अध्ययन संबंधी जानकारी प्रदान करते समय
- मेडिकल रिपोर्ट, दस्तावेज, फोटो या अन्य फाइल अपलोड करते समय
- एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से अधिकृत शोध कर्मचारियों को जानकारी प्रदान करते समय
जानकारी केवल शोध-अध्ययन और एप्लिकेशन की आवश्यक कार्यक्षमता
के लिए आवश्यक सीमा तक ही एकत्र की जाती है।

एकत्र की गई जानकारी का उपयोग निम्न उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जा सकता है:
- शोध-अध्ययन का फॉलो-अप
- प्रतिभागियों से संपर्क और रिमाइंडर
- अपॉइंटमेंट की जानकारी और ट्रैकिंग
- मौखिक स्वच्छता और संबंधित क्लिनिकल पैरामीटर की निगरानी
- शोध-अध्ययन से संबंधित जानकारी का रिकॉर्ड रखना
- शोध से संबंधित रिपोर्ट या अपलोड को सुरक्षित रखना और उनकी समीक्षा
- गर्भावस्था के दौरान मातृ मौखिक एवं पेरियोडोंटल स्वास्थ्य की निगरानी में सहायता
- शोध-अध्ययन को संचालित और प्रबंधित करना
शोध के लिए एकत्र की गई जानकारी का उपयोग बिना उचित सहमति या
लागू कानूनी आधार के किसी असंबंधित उद्देश्य के लिए नहीं किया जाएगा।

स्वास्थ्य एवं शोध संबंधी जानकारी
एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से एकत्र की गई कुछ जानकारी मौखिक स्वास्थ्य,
क्लिनिकल जानकारी, गर्भावस्था से संबंधित शोध जानकारी या मेडिकल
रिपोर्ट से संबंधित हो सकती है।
ऐसी जानकारी को गोपनीय शोध एवं स्वास्थ्य संबंधी जानकारी के रूप
में संभाला जाएगा और इसका उपयोग इस गोपनीयता नीति तथा संबंधित
शोध-अध्ययन की सहमति (Consent) में बताए गए उद्देश्यों के अनुसार
ही किया जाएगा।
स्वास्थ्य या शोध संबंधी जानकारी को बेचा नहीं जाएगा और इसका
उपयोग विज्ञापन या लक्षित मार्केटिंग के लिए नहीं किया जाएगा।

शोध-अध्ययन के लिए सहमति
शोध-अध्ययन में भाग लेना स्वैच्छिक है। प्रतिभागियों को शोध की
प्रकृति, उद्देश्य और अवधि, संबंधित प्रक्रियाओं, संभावित जोखिम
और लाभ, डेटा की गोपनीयता एवं प्रबंधन, संपर्क जानकारी तथा अध्ययन
से बाहर निकलने की प्रक्रिया के बारे में जानकारी प्रदान की जाएगी।
एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से जानकारी प्रदान करके आप स्वीकार करते हैं
कि आपकी जानकारी का उपयोग संबंधित शोध-अध्ययन की सहमति और इस
गोपनीयता नीति में बताए गए उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जा सकता है।

गोपनीयता और डेटा साझा करना
एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से एकत्र की गई जानकारी की गोपनीयता बनाए रखने
के लिए उचित उपाय किए जाते हैं।
शोध संबंधी जानकारी तक पहुंच अधिकृत शोध कर्मचारियों तथा उन
व्यक्तियों या संस्थाओं तक सीमित रहेगी जिन्हें वैध शोध, कानूनी,
नियामक, सुरक्षा या संस्थागत उद्देश्यों के लिए जानकारी तक पहुंच
की अनुमति है।
यदि एप्लिकेशन होस्टिंग, डेटाबेस स्टोरेज, प्रमाणीकरण, एनालिटिक्स,
सुरक्षा या तकनीकी सहायता जैसी सेवाओं के लिए किसी तृतीय-पक्ष
सेवा प्रदाता का उपयोग करता है, तो संबंधित सेवा प्रदान करने के
लिए आवश्यक सीमा तक जानकारी उस सेवा प्रदाता द्वारा संसाधित की
जा सकती है और उस पर उचित गोपनीयता एवं सुरक्षा दायित्व लागू होंगे।
प्रतिभागियों की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी बेची नहीं जाती।

डेटा संग्रहण और सुरक्षा
जानकारी को एप्लिकेशन के संचालन और शोध-अध्ययन के प्रबंधन के लिए
उपयोग किए जाने वाले इलेक्ट्रॉनिक सिस्टम में संग्रहीत किया जा
सकता है।
अनधिकृत पहुंच, परिवर्तन, प्रकटीकरण या नष्ट होने से जानकारी की
सुरक्षा के लिए उचित प्रशासनिक, तकनीकी और संगठनात्मक उपाय किए
जाते हैं।
इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रूप से जानकारी भेजने या संग्रहीत करने का कोई भी
तरीका पूर्ण सुरक्षा की गारंटी नहीं देता, लेकिन जानकारी की
सुरक्षा के लिए उचित उपाय लागू किए जाते हैं।

डेटा कितने समय तक रखा जाएगा
व्यक्तिगत और शोध संबंधी जानकारी को शोध-अध्ययन पूरा करने तथा
लागू संस्थागत, नैतिक, कानूनी और नियामक रिकॉर्ड-रखने की
आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए आवश्यक अवधि तक रखा जा सकता है।
जब जानकारी की आवश्यकता नहीं रहेगी और उसे बनाए रखने की कोई
लागू आवश्यकता नहीं होगी, तो संबंधित शोध एवं संस्थागत नीति के
अनुसार उसे हटाया या सुरक्षित रूप से डी-आइडेंटिफाई किया जा सकता है।

शोध-अध्ययन से बाहर निकलना
शोध-अध्ययन में भाग लेना स्वैच्छिक है। आप किसी भी समय शोध
अध्ययन से बाहर निकलने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए नीचे
दिए गए Principal Investigator के संपर्क विवरण का उपयोग करें।
अध्ययन से बाहर निकलने से आपके अधिकारों या चिकित्सा देखभाल पर
कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।
हालांकि, शोध, संस्थागत, कानूनी, नैतिक या नियामक आवश्यकताओं के
कारण पहले से एकत्र की गई कुछ जानकारी को बनाए रखना आवश्यक हो
सकता है। लागू प्रक्रिया के बारे में शोध टीम से जानकारी प्राप्त
की जा सकती है।

अकाउंट और डेटा हटाने का अनुरोध
यदि आपका एप्लिकेशन में अकाउंट है, तो आप एप्लिकेशन में उपलब्ध
डेटा/अकाउंट हटाने की सुविधा के माध्यम से या नीचे दिए गए
Principal Investigator के संपर्क विवरण पर संपर्क करके अपने
अकाउंट और संबंधित व्यक्तिगत जानकारी को हटाने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।
कुछ शोध रिकॉर्ड को वैध शोध, संस्थागत, कानूनी, नैतिक या नियामक
आवश्यकताओं के कारण निर्धारित अवधि तक रखना आवश्यक हो सकता है।
ऐसी स्थिति में संबंधित जानकारी तुरंत हटाई नहीं जा सकती, लेकिन
उसे आवश्यक अवधि तक गोपनीय रूप से रखा जाएगा।

प्रतिभागियों की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी बेची नहीं जाती।
एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से एकत्र की गई व्यक्तिगत स्वास्थ्य और शोध
संबंधी जानकारी का उपयोग विज्ञापन, लक्षित मार्केटिंग या
व्यावसायिक डेटा माइनिंग के लिए नहीं किया जाता।

एप्लिकेशन, शोध-अध्ययन, लागू आवश्यकताओं या डेटा प्रबंधन की
प्रक्रियाओं में बदलाव होने पर इस गोपनीयता नीति को अपडेट किया
जा सकता है।
